I'm a college athlete who runs track and cross country, and am coming off of a ligament tear that kept me off my feet for a few months, and off the track for over half a year. This is me working my way back into awesome shape - for both my competitive seasons and the rest of my life. I want to be stronger, smarter, fitter, and healthier.
